My name is Md. Ismail Hosen, and I am currently working as a Product Manager at Perennial International, a well-known computer shop located in BCS Computer City, IDB Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka. My responsibilities include assisting customers with purchasing decisions, providing technical support, handling product inquiries, and managing sales of computer hardware, accessories, and IT-related products. I also help maintain inventory and ensure that customers receive quality service and up-to-date information about the latest technology.
